Bookings, Deposits & Cancellations
A non-refundable €30 deposit is required to secure an appointment and is deducted from the treatment cost. One free reschedule is possible with more than 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations, changes within 48 hours and no-shows result in forfeiture of the deposit. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation to prevent schedule disruption.
Treatment Terms
PMU results depend on individual skin type, metabolism, health and adherence to aftercare guidance. A touch-up is charged separately at €100 and should be scheduled 6–8 weeks after the primary treatment. Treatments are performed exclusively for clients aged 18 years or older.
